1)  a mask is required both in reception area AND treatment rooms
2)  waiting room capacity is limited so do not arrive too early or bring friends/family with you unless absolutely necessary
3)  COVID-19 Screening:   a) do you have cold or flu-like symptoms? b) have you had any close contact with anyone with COVID-19 or anyone currently being tested for COVID-19?  If the answer is either of these, appointments will need to be rescheduled.

We want to work together to keep you safe.  Our schedules and booking models have been modified to minimize congestion and to allow for the following enhanced cleaning protocols - rooms and equipment are cleaned between each appointment; high touch areas, washroom and floors are cleaned twice a day. 

We ask that you follow the guidelines below:

1)  Masks are a requirement both in the general office as well as during treatment - at this point, PPE is in very high  demand and we are unable to provide a mask for everyone.  We kindly ask that you bring your own.  However, we do have a small supply in the event that you forget yours.


2)  Waiting room space is at a minimum so please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment and do not bring friends or family unless absolutely necessary.


3) Please wash your hands or use sanitizer upon entering and again before leaving.


4)  Prior to booking an appointment it is required that you do not have any flu or cold-like symptoms, or that you have not been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.  You will be asked this again upon your arrival at the clinic. 



5)  Please be aware that there are now restrictions on our available booking capacity.  We are doing what we can to accommodate everyone but we ask for your understanding that there may be longer wait times than you have experienced in the past.
